JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage small team (2-3 members) to perform testing for Web/PC/Mobile Applications

• Communicate and discuss directly with development team and/or customers to clarify requirements
• Make estimation of testing effort base on requirements
• Cooperate with project leader to make testing schedule/plan/strategy correspond with development schedule & company process
• Join & instruct team members in define test solution, creating test design, test specification
• Analyze test result, test metrics and make project quality report
• Manage progress, test execution result, bugs
• Cooperate with project leader to solve issue of progress/quality

YOUR SKILLS

(1) Technical Skill

• Bachelor/Engineer degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in the software development field.
• At least 01 years’ experience in software development
• At least 01 years’ experience in leading a test team
• Solid experience in Web application testing, PC application testing
• ISTQB Advance Level is an advantage.

(2) Management Skill

• Experiences in estimation, planning, monitoring & control testing activities
• Experience in dealing with projects that have frequent change requests & tight schedule
• Experience with bug tracking process & system
• Excellent skills in summarizing & analyzing the test result

(3) Other

• Logical thinking, carefulness, patience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Japanese). JLPT N3 is an advantage.
• Ability of studying new technologies/standards.
• Team working, open minded, long-term commitment & self-motivated
• Able to work under high pressure
