Job Description

• Proposing design, solution to team and/or review
• Directing project team in essential work tasks of software development (e.g., requirement definition, software design, implementation, testing)
• Accountable for success of the project in terms of Quality, Cost and Delivery
• Communicating and discussing directly with customer about requirement specifications
• Accountable for continuously discovering, evaluating and implementing new technologies/process to optimize development efficiency or improve product quality

Education

• Bachelor/Engineer degree in Computer Science or equivalent in the software development field.

Requirements

Mandatory Skill

• Have knowledge at Computer Architecture
• Have knowledge at Embedded, Linux, Object-oriented design (OOD) and Object-oriented programming (OOP).
• At least 2 years in C/C++ development
• Understand about OOD/OOP and design patterns
• Experienced in designing complicated systems and using UML
• Experienced in refactoring and improving performance for C/C++ software
• Experienced with Google Testing and Mocking Framework

Desired Skill

• Experienced in working with at least a Linux OS (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, . . .) is a plus
• Active and independence in self-investigation to understand the peripheral specification
• Understanding/experiences in development process is an advantage.
• Team working, open minded, long-term commitment & self-motivated.
• Good inter-personal and communication skills with customers and project members.
• Adapt quickly with new domain, ready to work & study new technologies
• Able to work under high pressure.
• Appropriate English language fluency, focus on reading & writing
• Japanese: motivation to learn Japanese. JLPT N3 or higher is a plus.
