Role and Responsibilities

• Proposing development solution with customer:
• Proposing architecture, solution to team and/or review, control solution of members.
• Accountable for success of the project in terms of Quality, Cost and Delivery;
• Communicating and discussing directly with customer about requirement specifications;
• Accountable for continuously discovering, evaluating and implementing new technologies/process to optimize development efficiency or improve product quality;

Requirements

• Bachelor/Engineer degree in Computer Science or Automation Control or Electronic.
• Have knowledge at control system; particular for motor control, power electronics control, and/or robot control.
• Have knowledge at Embedded.
• Appropriate English language fluency, focus on reading & writing

Desired Skills:

• System modeling and simulation (ability to work with MATLAB/Simulink is advantage; multi-domain modelling & simulation is advantage)
• Control loop design; controller design, tuning and analysis.
• Proficient in C/C++ programing (ability to implement controller in C is advantage)
• Have known Basic electronics - schematics reading, using oscilloscope, multimeter, soldering iron.
• Japanese: motivation to learn Japanese. JLPT N3 or higher is a plus.
