Job Description

Design and develop control and monitoring systems for thermal (including geothermal) and nuclear power plants. Your work will directly support stable, efficient, and reliable power generation that underpins critical social infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design control systems for steam turbines and power plants
• Develop hardware configurations and control software
• Translate customer requirements into system designs and technical documentation
• Apply ICT technologies to enhance product and system performance
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver engineering solutions
• Responsible for developing a production plan and training new members

Your skills

• Bachelor degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering, Information Engineering, Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics
• Around 5+ years of engineering experience
• Experience in system design or engineering (power or industrial systems preferred)
• Basic foreign language skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PLC, DCS, or industrial automation systems.
• Experience with EPLAN, AutoCAD, or electrical panel design.
• Experience or strong interest in power plant systems (hydro or thermal)
• Japanese skills, JLPT from N5 is a plus
